SE LAMPAC

Southeast LAMPAC is an association of electric utilities and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW). LAMPAC represents the mutual interests of its membership in matters related to public affairs affecting the utility industry. This membership includes more than 68 IBEW local union organizations representing over 31,000 bargaining unit members. The utilities involved are owned by governmental entities or are publicly traded companies with several million shareholders serving nine southeastern states.

LAMPAC was formed as a cooperative venture among a number of utilities and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. The membership is made up of the regional IBEW officials, Business Managers and officials of the various union locals along with governmental affairs, labor relations and executive management employees of the participating electric utilities. The IBEW has been a major supporter of regional and national LAMPACS as a forum for their officials to interact with executive management of the various utilities.

The primary mission of LAMPAC is to inform and educate its members on public affairs matters affecting them, as well as promote positive labor and management relations through cooperative efforts.

A portion of each conference will be dedicated to promoting social interaction with such activities as receptions, dinners and group outings. These events provide an excellent opportunity for attendees to network in an informal setting and to meet many of the speakers presenting at the meeting.
